Theatre Arts – Dance-It-Off
We have run ‘Funky-Fit’ and ‘Dance It Off’ short-courses across the region to encourage participants to keep fit with dance routines incorporating standard warm-up and cool-down exercises. The groups work towards producing a DVD recording (or online download) of their routines for them to keep and use at home. The ‘package’ has the option of including a 14- day healthy eating plan. These courses can be as flexible as required from five-day workshops to regular weekly classes.
We have also run these successfully in schools during term-time and often incorporate the course with a one-day ‘Popschool’.
